About me

I am Gorka López Jiménez, and under the alias “grkzk,” I produce electronic music from Valencia.

I have been in the wonderful world of seeking my own professional sound since 2020, exploring various sonic proposals.

During this time, I have released several musical productions, starting with the track “Reflejo,” along with Miguel Molina (Eros Migo), we presented this song at the first edition of the “Thinking Music Festival.” We were one of the five winning proposals, performing live in Barcelona at the Antiga Fabrica de Estrella Damm.

After this enriching experience, I released my first track, “los bailes que bailamos...”.

Having worked on different sonic proposals involving mixing and mastering, I was able to present my first album: “no place for fear.” This is my most significant project to date, a personal endeavor that reflects my musical journey and aims to evoke emotions in the listener through specific sounds and atmospheres. The goal was to clearly express the areas that interest me most in music creation. My production approach ranges from creating immersive atmospheres to the rhythmic power that defines my compositions, always trying to innovate and challenge the ideas inside the electronic music genre.

Since then, I have continued to explore musical genres within electronic music while improving my skills as a mixer and mastering professional, helping other artists achieve the polished, professional sound they seek.

Recently, I made my debut as a DJ, bringing my sonic intentions to a diverse audience.
